About CCCMD’s Pastor T.C.Yu

Background Information

Pastor Yu was born into a Christian family in Chingdao, China. At the age of 5, his family moved to Taiwan. He completed his college education in Taiwan and his graduate education in the United State.

In 1978, a small group of brothers and sisters started a prayer meeting at his apartment. In 1979, together with Pastor Jack Chow, they started the first Sunday worship service. This was the beginning of CCCMD.

In 1999, Pastor Chow retired from the pastorate. Pastor Yu was called by God into full time ministry after working in a high tech company for 23 years. He resigned from his company and has served as the Pastor of the church until today.

Pastor Yu and his wife have two married children and six grandchildren. By God’s mercy and grace, everyone in the family is serving the Lord.
